My Dad made this bench for us...I am especially excited about it for a few reasons. First, my Dad is a random person...and very hard to figure out. It is tough to tell how he thinks of you sometimes (unless he is mad, then you know). BUT if he takes the time to make something for you and drive an entire 15 minutes (highway and all - and that is a biiiig trip for him) to your house to deliver it, then you know he really loves you. And last, its pretty!
Matthew stained it with a this great stuff by Olympic that includes a weather treatment in the stain. I believe the color was called Cedar-Natural. At 1st it looked really orange, but with a 2nd coat and drying time...it turned out lovely!
