Easy and Yum

Oreo Truffles

Get this: 1- 8oz package cream cheese (at room temperature)
1-package Oreo cookies
1-24 oz white chocolate bark

Do this:
Crush cookies in food processor until very fine. Reserve 1/4 cup of the crumbs in another container. Mix the rest by hand with the cream cheese. Form into small balls.
Lay on cookie sheet. Chill for a couple of hours. (they are easier to dip) Melt the chocolate in double boiler pan, and dip balls with a toothpick. Put back on cookie sheet.
While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle each truffle (with finger tips) just a small amount of reserved crumbs on top. This covers up the toothpick hole!
Makes 40-50 truffles, depending on size.

Enjoy :)

You should try them :) They are delicious. I bet you would have better luck making them look pretty, too! Mine are always messy looking.
