Big #Ten

Its been a little while...we even have a new President since the last time we updated! He sure is being handed a big mess to clean up. I think Obama will do some positive things, however, the media has built him up to such high standards that everyone might not notice those good things. They will be watching only for the huge miracles - not the smaller, practical changes. Matt and I wish him much luck with everything and pray he makes good decisions for our nation.

The past couple weekends, we have taken a little time to relax and do the things people should do on weekends. We spent time with some family, helped out here & there, made it to church, had meals w/ friends, watched a movie...Role Model...very funny! ...spent time cleaning up the house, got a little work done, etc. Work/school has been really busy and tiring for Matthew and I both lately...so its been nice to have a little time. For sanity's sake. I am still having to work a Saturday here and there...but currently, I am training a very nice lady who will be taking weekend hours off my hands !!! And Matthew just has to get thru these 2 tough classes this semester. Then we will stop whining.

This weekend, we signed up for a Y membership with our cousin, Kim. Both Matthew and I have been wanting to get more active/healthy and so.....our journey begins. The cool thing is, they just built a bigger YMCA in new albany and we get access to that one as well :) . We went this weekend and are already in pain. HA! Well, its gotta get better each visit, right?

Its getting cold now but we are enjoying it. Matthew and I love to curl up in blankets with a cup of coffee/tea and read. Luna and Caesar seem to enjoy it too, b/c they can curl up with us...and I have never had two cats more into cuddling with people. They even spoon each other sometimes! Crazy animals.

Hope you are all doing well this week. Love & peace to you.
